The freedom of running without pain or limitation is enjoyable and achievable, often with only mild tweaks to current practice.  Stretching is one of those activities that can so easily be ignored but offers such incredible benefits.  Flexibility, ease of movement, range of motion and reduction of injury are just some of the benefits from stretching, all of which will assist you in running faster with less effort.

Stretching before a run can take as little as a few minutes or as long as an hour, depending on the workout you are planning, however, a gradual increase in body temperature and lengthening the muscles will see you ready for a fantastic run and we will show you how.
